I am Ify Odimgbe-Smith. After years in United States real estate, I learned that clients remember three things: honest advice, a person who answers and support that continues after the decision.
Why this exists
Living abroad should not leave you guessing about what is happening in Nigeria. I created Global Properties to give clients one accountable person who can see, ask and follow through on their behalf.
The business is intentionally personal. You speak with me, I stay close to the work and you always know who is responsible for the next step.
Most of my clients are living abroad, but not all of them. If you are already in Nigeria and want the same checking, the same honest notes and the same follow through, that is the same service, and you are just as welcome.
Transparency and integrity
You get what I actually saw, including the parts that hurt the pitch. If a property has a problem, you hear about it before you pay, in writing.
Reliability and aftercare
The relationship does not end when a deal closes or a stay finishes. The questions that matter most usually arrive weeks later, and that is exactly when most people go quiet.
